Our signature Florida Orange Peel comes from oranges grown in the United States. Our Florida Orange Peel is extremely flavorful and can be substituted for freshly grated orange zest. It can be used in many baking dishes. It can also be used when brewing homemade beer.

Our orange zest is made from the outer peel and not the pith, then minced and dried.
To rehydrate: add three parts water to one part peel and let stand for about 15 minutes. Use 1/3 of the amount of fresh orange peel that the recipe calls for.
