Our signature lemon peel has a slightly sweet yet bitter taste. Its tart and sour aroma will add an intense flavor to many dishes. Our Dehydrated lemon is the "zest" of the lemon and is used as a tangy ingredient in a variety of rubs and marinades.

A little bit goes a LONG way!

Size: 2.5 oz net weight (half cup)

When substituting dried lemon zest for fresh zest in any recipe, use a bit less (about 1/3) as rehydrating tends to increase the size of the dehydrated zest. To rehydrate, cover with warm water and soak for 15 minutes and then pour off any remaining liquid.
